Replacement Policy (No Refund) – NATRAJ GRAPHICS

At NATRAJ GRAPHICS, your satisfaction is our priority.
We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality printed and customized products.

Replacement Eligibility

Customized and personalized items are made specifically as per customer requirements.
Therefore, customized products are NOT eligible for return or refund, except in cases where:

  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect, or

  • A wrong product is delivered due to our mistake

⏰ Important:
Any replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Customized Products

Replacement for non-customized products will be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The replacement request is made within 48 hours of receipt

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at:

After verification, if the issue is found to be from our side, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and issue details

  2. Wait for approval and replacement instructions from our team

  3. Pack the product securely along with all accessories

  4. Ship the product only if instructed by our team

⚠️ Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances

  • Only replacement will be issued after verification

  • Refund requests will not be entertained

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is due to our mistake, replacement shipping will be borne by us

  • In all other cases, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer

Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Customized or personalized products approved by the customer

  • Errors in design, spelling, or content provided by the customer

  • Minor color variation due to screen-to-print difference

  • Products damaged after delivery or due to improper handling

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
